Shipping & Handling Information
 

We start processing your order the day it was received. Majority of parts are shipped and handled within 24—48 hours. Please note that Dickie Walker does not ship on weekends. Orders that have not shipped by Friday at 9 p.m. ET will ship on Monday morning.


Shipping Charges:
The easiest way to view your exact shipping charges is by using our Shipping Calculator. Shipping Calculator CAN NOT compute exact shipping charges in advance since we need to know total number and weight of product(s) in your shopping cart before your ready to check out.

The amount of shipping added to your order depends on where you live as well as on which products you've chosen to purchase. Once you're done shopping, click on Checkout. We'll ask you to provide a billing and shipping address. At that time, you'll see a subtotal for your order, along with the estimated applicable tax, shipping & handling charges. If the amount looks acceptable, you can continue through the checkout process to purchase your system. Otherwise, you can easily exit the checkout process at this stage.

You can always specify your delivery preferences such as UPS ground, UPS 2nd day or UPS next day in the designated form field while filling out the shipping info for your order.


Order Status:
Once the order is placed, your order status becomes available online. In order to retrieve order status online, please retain your order number, which is listed on your transaction record. Transaction record is emailed to you upon completion of the checkout. It serves as a sales receipt which we strongly encourage your to keep for personal record.
